GTA 6 Characters: All 8 Official Rockstar Profiles

Rockstar has published exactly eight official character profiles for Grand Theft Auto 6, under the “Only in Leonida” section of its site. That section is split into two halves: People, which covers the eight characters below, and Places, which covers the six official regions of Leonida. That’s a small, deliberate list, and it’s worth knowing precisely who’s on it and who isn’t, since plenty of other names circulate online without ever having an actual profile page. Here’s the confirmed cast, in Rockstar’s own framing.

Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos: the duo at the center

Everything about GTA 6 revolves around two protagonists, and Rockstar treats them as a genuine pair rather than a lead and a sidekick.

Jason Duval grew up surrounded by grifters and small-time crooks. He spent time in the Army trying to put a rough adolescence behind him, then ended up in the Keys working for local drug runners, the kind of life he knows best. Rockstar frames meeting Lucia as a turning point he can’t yet read: it could be the best thing that ever happens to him, or the worst.

Updated October 21, 2026: the October 15 launch trailer includes a night-time swamp sequence with Jason in night-vision goggles, which press breakdowns read as a nod to his Army years. That is an observation from the footage, not new biography from Rockstar.

Lucia Caminos has spent her life fighting for her family, a fight that landed her in the Leonida Penitentiary before sheer luck got her out. She’s determined not to repeat past mistakes, and what she wants most is the comfortable life her mother always dreamed of back in Liberty City, except Lucia isn’t waiting for it to fall into her lap. She’s the first female character to headline a mainline Grand Theft Auto game as a full protagonist, sharing top billing with Jason rather than playing a supporting role.

Updated October 21, 2026: in the launch trailer, Lucia wears an ankle monitor during an intimate scene with Jason, as Kotaku and GameSpot pointed out. It fits her official backstory in the Leonida Penitentiary, though Rockstar has not explained the terms of her release.

The pair, according to Bloomberg. In Bloomberg’s October 14 making-of, Rockstar’s development leads said the story’s skeleton, a criminal couple named Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, was set by the end of 2019. Building the game around a couple meant letting the two do open-world activities together: Bloomberg describes texting Lucia to meet up, walking hand in hand in a park, going to the gym and robbing a store side by side while they banter.

The supporting cast Rockstar has confirmed

Six more characters have official profiles, all connected to Jason and Lucia’s world in Vice City and beyond.

Cal Hampton is Jason’s friend and a fellow associate of a shared contact named Brian. Rockstar describes him as most comfortable at home, monitoring Coast Guard radio chatter with a beer in hand, content with a quiet life while Jason has bigger ambitions.

Boobie Ike is a Vice City fixture who built a legitimate business empire out of his time in the streets, spanning real estate, a strip club, and a recording studio. He comes across as easygoing until money enters the conversation. His main investment these days is a music label, Only Raw Records, run in partnership with an up-and-coming producer.

Dre’Quan Priest is that producer. Rockstar describes him as more hustler than gangster, someone who dealt on the street only as a means to an end, with music always the real goal. He’s signed a duo called Real Dimez to Only Raw Records and is looking to expand beyond Boobie’s strip club into the wider Vice City music scene.

Real Dimez is a duo, not a solo act: Bae-Luxe and Roxy, friends since high school who turned local hustling into a career built on sharp rap tracks and a strong social media presence. An early collaboration with a rapper named DWNPLY gave them their first real break; five years and plenty of trouble later, they’ve signed with Only Raw Records for another shot at success.

Raul Bautista is a seasoned bank robber, described by Rockstar as confident, charming, and calculating, always scouting for talent willing to take on the riskiest, highest-reward jobs. His appetite for risk keeps escalating the stakes of every score his crew pulls.

Brian Heder is an old-school smuggler from the golden age of drug running through the Keys, still moving product through his boat yard alongside his third wife. He’s letting Jason live rent-free on one of his properties in exchange for help with local shakedowns, and the occasional family dinner. Rockstar’s own copy leans into his bravado with a boastful line about having hauled enough contraband to make the state levitate, a fitting introduction for a character who’s clearly been at this a long time.

Between them, this group covers most of the criminal economy Jason and Lucia move through: music, smuggling, armed robbery, and small-scale hustling, all connected through overlapping friendships rather than a single organized crew.

Names mentioned without a profile page

A few names show up in Rockstar’s official character text without getting a dedicated profile of their own. Lori Heder, Brian’s third wife, is referenced directly in Brian’s bio but has no separate page. The rapper DWNPLY is credited by name as part of Real Dimez’s backstory, again without a standalone profile. Wyman, an eccentric local fixer and collector, is named in the Ultimate Edition’s classic car content but likewise doesn’t have his own character page. None of these three counts among the official eight, even though Rockstar has put their names in writing.

Updated October 21, 2026: Rockstar’s October 8 radio announcement added a new set of named in-game personalities, the station hosts, by their on-air names: El Martillo and La Gata on Cocoteo FM, MW and Delta Dawne on Back Country Radio with their roving reporter Mud Dog Mike, Burna and Palmsy on AfroBank FM, DJ Kerry and DJ Tom on The Chamber 106.6, Robyn and Alex on Flash FM, and Trick and Trina on Dirty South Classics. Press reports tie them to real artists, from Bad Bunny to Lana Del Rey; our radio stations news separates what Rockstar said from what was reported. Macca the Gator, a hit TV show inside Leonida, also features in the collector’s box and the Ultimate Edition’s Goodtime Gear.

What we don’t know yet

Rockstar has not announced a single voice actor for GTA 6, for any character. That’s consistent with the studio’s long-standing habit of keeping voice cast details under wraps until much closer to release, sometimes not until launch itself. Any specific casting names attached to Jason, Lucia, or anyone else that you might see online are not confirmed by Rockstar and should be treated as speculation, not fact, until the studio says otherwise. Updated October 21, 2026: this was still true five weeks before launch; neither the launch trailer nor the Newswire credited a single actor.

The same goes for characters beyond the eight above. It’s likely GTA 6 will feature a much larger supporting cast once the full game is out, the way every prior entry in the series has, but Rockstar has chosen to spotlight only these eight ahead of launch. Until the studio publishes more profiles, treat any other named character circulating online, however detailed the description sounds, as unconfirmed.
