Port Gellhorn is a once-popular vacation spot now defined by cheap motels, shuttered attractions, and empty strip malls. Tourists have largely moved on, replaced by a rougher economy fueled by malt liquor and energy drinks. It's the kind of place best explored on a dirt bike, with a close eye on your wallet.
Port Gellhorn is named and described by Rockstar as one of the six regions of the state of Leonida. Its position on this page is schematic: Rockstar has not published a map, so the placement comes from the official descriptions and from Leonida being the series' version of Florida.
